Fresh seasonal fish sashimi, Sanriku-produced donko, herring, Atka mackerel sashimi, etc.

◆Hot Pot: Seaweed hot pot made with wakame seaweed, mekabu seaweed, clams, and mussels

Grilled dishes: Grilled silver cod in Kyoto style / Grilled manbou guts

Deep-fried food: Pacific cod milt tempura / Sanriku oysters deep-fried with seaweed

◆Sushi: 6 pieces of seasonal nigiri sushi

◆Soup: Nanbu Hittsumi Soup

*Hot pot is only available in winter.

Our course meals are prepared with consideration given to the compatibility of the flavors of the dishes served.

For example, if the hot pot is seaweed hotpot (salt flavor), the soup will be hittsumi soup (soy sauce flavor), so the course is well-balanced.

In addition, the contents may vary depending on the season and availability.
