[Features of this course]

This course meal is a luxurious one that makes generous use of seafood from Sanriku, Iwate Prefecture.

As we mainly use seafood from Sanriku, we require reservations at least 3 days in advance due to procurement issues, and the contents may change depending on the season and procurement!

In addition, we provide dishes with consideration for the compatibility of their flavors with each other. For example, if the hot pot is seaweed hot pot (salty), the soup will be hittsumi soup (soy sauce flavored), so that the course is well-balanced.

*Depending on what we have in stock, we may be able to provide the dish even if you visit within 3 days of your visit, so please let us know that you saw the dish on Hot Pepper Gourmet when you call to inquire.

*This course does not include all-you-can-drink, so please order individual drinks that match the seasonal ingredients and enjoy a relaxing time that can only be enjoyed at our restaurant.
