This luxurious course meal uses plenty of seasonal wild vegetables in addition to seafood from Sanriku, Iwate Prefecture.

Because we mainly use seafood and seasonal wild vegetables from Sanriku, reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance due to purchasing restrictions, and the contents may vary depending on the season and purchasing availability!

In addition, we take into account the compatibility of the flavors of the dishes we serve.For example, if the hot pot is a seaweed hotpot (salty), the soup will be hittsumi soup (soy sauce). We offer a well-balanced offering.
